Since 1985 the Sigman family has been investing in U.S. real estate as owners and operators. Sigman Real Estate Partners was established as a privately held multi-family real estate investment company to grow with investor partners as owners, operators and developers.

Marshall Sigman has been involved in real estate forover 30 years and has been an owner and operator of multifamily assets in the tri-state area for the last ten. He specializes in repositioning assets, stabilization and property management. He has continually preformed for his partners, and continues his strong track record of real estate success. He has consistently out performed his marketplace posting consistent occupancies above 95%. What makes him stand apart, is his down to earth style of customer service providing not only a service, but a lifestyle. Marshall is a graduate of Brooklyn College.

Matthew graduated with a Masters in Real Estate Finance from New York University in May 2013, and previously worked at Orley & Associates, which is engaged in the acquisitions of distressed commercial real estate debt across the U.S. Prior, He was an intricate member of Roseland Property Companys finance team. Matthew received his undergraduate degree in finance and management from Tulane Universitys A.B. Freeman School of Business in New Orleans, LA. Matthew is a brother of the Alpha Epsilon Pi Fraternity and a member of the Urban Land Institute. In having such a strong father-son relationship, Matthew has shadowed Marshall on all day-to-day activities seeking to learn as much as possible of the ins and outs of real estate.
